This sea salt is the fine grain version of dried French grey salt. Though lighter in color than the coarse grain French grey salt, it has the same briny sea flavor tang. It can be used as a table salt, or in the regular course of cooking. It is rich in flavor, but softer on the palate than commercial salt.
It is also produced naturally and without additives or refinement of most grocery store finds. The salt marsh workers' centuries-old artisanal approach has insured a sustainable and enduring coexistence with - and deep respect for - nature and the surrounding flora and fauna.

“ This is a perfect salt to add to our caramels and brownies. We even add it to Carmel Iced Coffee for a sea salt caramel kick! It goes great on Avocado Toast too! ”

“ I’ve never had French salt before and this was very good. It was gray indeed and very fine. A little dab was enough. ”
